The first claim as it appears on the shop owner's device will be honored. We appreciate your understanding that comment timing can vary between devices.No Put-Backs

Payment
After participating in a live or story sale, you will receive an emailed invoice. This invoice will include the product(s) price and shipping costs.
*If you request an open box, shipping costs will not be invoiced until after your box is closed
Payments accepted: Credit/Debit, Paypal, ShopPay, ApplePay
Please pay your invoice within 24 hours of receiving it.
Unpaid invoices may result in the item being released to another buyer and may affect your ability to claim in future sales.

Shipping
Once your package is shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once available.
Pricing depends on weight and location, see estimates below:
X-Small Packages: $5-$7
Small Packages: $8-$11
Medium Packages: $12-$15
Large Packages: $16-$20
X-large Packages: $21-$35

Open Boxes
An Open Box allows you to hold paid items to combine shipping.
How it works:
1. DM us to request starting an Open Box2. Pay for items after each sale (within 24 hours of receiving invoice)
3. We'll hold and ship everything together later to save you money
*ship costs will be invoiced once you decide to close your box
*open boxes will auto-close after 2 calendar months, let us know if you wish to close your box sooner
